The STRIVE Study (Supportive Training after Cardiac Rehabilitation Including Virtual
Engagement) is a randomized controlled trial aimed at improving physical activity and
related outcomes in adults 55 years and older who have completed cardiac rehabilitation.
The study is being conducted to evaluate the impact of digital coaching and social
networking support on maintaining physical activity after graduation from cardiac
rehabilitation. This research seeks to improve our understanding of how technology-based
interventions can aid in the long-term health outcomes of cardiac patients.
